This PACK 1.5 beginner friendly event is aimed at Zwifters looking for a group ride experience at an average lap pace of around 1.3-1.5w/kg.
On the flat, the pace will be controlled to ensure the group draft effect is kept under tight control with a target of 1.5w/kg on any hills or upslopes. Sweepers will also be in operation to assist in helping the group stay together at the back.
All riders will appear in the same kit and you can optionally add (PACK) after your name to show support of the group. Please respect the pace set by the leader, this is a group ride not a race. #strongertogether

Welcome to the DIRT 505 Friday Endurance Ride!
Please join us weekly on Fridays at a pace of 2.6-2.8w/kg for 90 minutes.
The 505 rides take place Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for 90 minutes at the same time and same consistent pace. Saturday's we ride for 120 minutes.
We kick off our rides with a 5 minute pace at 2.2w/kg to get us warmed up and together as a team. The fence is used throughout the ride to keep everyone together. The ride leader will stay as close to ride pace as possible. We try to change up the routes each week and some of the routes may include some small to moderate climbs.
Our group exists to encourage and build up cyclists around the world no matter your time zone, fitness level, pro or amateur. We exist to encourage and build up a team culture of unity in the cycling community.

OTR Snap Crackle Pop Punch Time
Snap Crackle Pop Punch Time is a group ride, race & interval training all rolled into one fun challenging event. Unique “race” scoring, where results in ZwiftPower are based on sum of segment times on a route with punchy climbs and/or sprints. Group rides together at ~2wkg, and ride leader provides guidance and lead-outs to smash a segment; then regroup, rinse & repeat. New route every week.
Multiple time slots on Fri-Sun, including Fri Atlantic, Sun APAC and Sun Americas/EMEA.
Riders need to join ZwiftPower.com to see their results as sum of segment times.
Event links: https://www.zwift.com/events/tag/snapcracklepop
Weekly results (across all time slots): https://zwiftpower.com/league.php?id=2656
In-ride conversation (“SCP Ride” channel): https://discord.gg/B52qdExaW2
Chat, banter and results: https://discord.gg/HNzvx98srF
Group ride with all cats together at ~2w/kg. Yellow beacon / ride leader (when present) will provide instructions for each segment, and drop the fence when it's time to punch/sprint. Fence is for guidance only (non-zapping).
Ride at a relaxed pace between the timed segments.
Work together to optimize draft for faster segment times.
Slow or stop with yellow beacon after each segment to regroup.
All categories start in a single pen.
Results split per WKG category in ZwiftPower.
No power ups, default drafting, no TT bikes.
One of our regular SCP routes is 3.5 laps of Innsbruckring, with 4x Leg Snappers plus 3x sprints (stopping to regroup on the kicker in between). The challenge is to achieve sub 4 mins for the sum of 7 segment times for cats A/B (that's 45 secs per snapper plus 20 secs per sprint), sub 5 mins for cat C, and sub 7 mins for cat D. Best time to beat is 3:33.

DIRT Friday Morning Sprintapalooza v2
Welcome to the DIRT Friday Morning Sprintapalooza!
Please join us weekly on Fridays to stretch those sprinting muscles with
some of the fastest on Zwift. The beacon will ride at a consistent 2.5w/kg
and call out sprints, typically hitting 4 to 8 per ride. Power-ups are
limited to aero only and our large bunch results in relaxed recovery and a
big, drafty lead-in. You smash the sprint, sag to the beacon, recover, and
repeat!! We will typically ride the same route for several weeks, giving
you a chance to dial in the optimal start location for each sprint, before
moving on to a new location. We will try to highlight popular race routes
and get practice in for upcoming ZRL race locations. Are you strong enough
to be counted in the top 3 this week?!
Our ride includes a 30 minute late join option, so jump in with us and
don’t be afraid of losing your wheel.
Team DIRT is an acronym for Dads Indoors Riding Trainers. Our group exists
to encourage and build up cyclists around the world no matter your time
zone, fitness level, pro or amateur. We exist to encourage and build up a
team culture of unity in the cycling community, especially among moms and
dads who put personal fitness and health high on their agenda.

KISS at Base Training Ride
Join us to work on your endurance and power output at your aerobic threshold (AT) in Zone 2. The exercise will give you endurance and increased performance using fat as energy. A well-developed AT can give you better race performance increase the amount of time before your body uses glycogen stores.
We are now offering three separate paced rides to better accommodate various fitness levels.
The B Cat is for riders with Zone 2 between 3.2 - 3.99 w/kg.
The C Cat is for riders with Zone 2 between 2.5 - 3.19 w/kg.
The D Cat is for riders with Zone 2 between 2.2 - 2.49 w/kg.
Remember this when you approach hills and inclines along the way. Stick together to enjoy the draft and companionship. The ride leader will not exceed the advertised pace at any time - even on hills. Please keep an eye on the leader beacon (yellow) and the sweeper beacon (red) to stay in the blob.

GRIT - HARD TRUTH
Welcome to the Hard Truth climb. This ride will always cover long climbs on big mountains.
We invite you to take training to the next level by adding this ride to your weekly routine. Steep climbs are hard and long steep climbs are really hard, that is the Hard Truth of this ride.
The ride will start with a friendly group ride format with riders staying together before the big climbs start. Enjoy this social time on the ride before the Hard Truth of the climb arrives.
On climbs, strong riders at the front will push the pace and ride at race pace to compete for the win and the best KOM time. Strong riders at the front will likely output over 5 wpk on the climb.
To keep with a more social ride format, many riders will form a group and ride together on the climb. This social group will likely be using power typical of a Cat B ride. Riders are encouraged to find a group and ride together to help each other survive the Hard Truth of these big climbs.

CRYO-GEN Peaky Friday.
The CRYO-GEN Peaky Friday Ride is a D-paced social ride for everyone who enjoys a good climb, with plenty of rolling routes mixed in for variety. Join us each Friday for a friendly, social spin that offers something for every type of rider.
Whether you’re a steady D cat rider looking for supportive group miles and a bit of extra hill practice, or a stronger rider after a fun, relaxed spin with the option to stretch your legs on the climbs, you’ll find your place on The Peaky Friday Ride. It’s all about teamwork, good vibes, and enjoying the ride together, wherever the road takes us!
The yellow beacon will pace at around 2.2 w/kg on the flats and 2.5 w/kg on the climbs. At times, we’ll turn off the fence and open up a free-pace section, giving everyone the chance to push harder if they wish, or simply ride steady with the yellow beacon, who will always maintain the advertised pace. We regroup at the KOM banner, with plenty of notice before the fence is reactivated, so everyone can come back together and enjoy the ride as a group.
For those who enjoy a touch of luxury, we even have a Limo Service run by a member of the sweep team! This friendly gruppetto offers a more relaxed pace when needed, ensuring everyone can enjoy the ride at their own rhythm.
All we ask is that you respect the ride leader, help where you can, and keep it fun and social. We hope you will join us on the hills!
HEALTH: We would advise any rider who is attempting a Zwift ride for the first time to ensure that their health should always take precedence over completing any ride. If you feel unwell or unable to continue please STOP
NOTE: Exercise contributes to 25% weight loss; Healthy Eating (Not Diet) contributes to the other 75%. Be fit and Healthy.
