What is Racing Score?
Racing Score is an intuitive system that replaces the traditional categories (A - D) with a 0-1000 scale to reflect your current level, considering various metrics like race performances and power. This score helps Zwift recommend the most competitive band to race in, ensuring a fun, rewarding, and exciting experience as you track your progression throughout your Zwift racing adventures.
WHAT IS ZWIFT POWER? For further information on connecting to Zwift Power check out this support page: https://support.zwift.com/en_us/connecting-to-zwiftpower-SyldRc_4H
Please note; for your results to show up in Zwift Power you must be using a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) and be riding on a smart trainer, smart bike, or using a power meter.

TFC Group Group Ride Sub 2
The TFC ride is open to all riders on Zwift, if you have not already, please opt in to Zwiftpower or you will not be included in the Zwiftpower results screen.
Please follow the yellow beacon who will be the designated ride lead and obey any instructions. Please ensure no TT bikes to benefit from the group draft.
C Group
The sweep team will try to pick up any dropped riders and bring them back to the group if they can hold 2.2-2.3wkg.
During the last lap the ride leader will call for a race to the flag. Wait for the ride leaders’ instructions before you go.
D Group
The D Group will be a Sub 2 W/Kg. The sweep team will pick up dropped riders and bring them back into the main pack. Remember this is the ride average so there will be times the group is slightly above the advertised W/Kg and times when it is below. Listen to the ride lead to ensure everybody is in the main group.
BEWARE - If you do drop off the back of the group you will need to ride at a considerable higher pace to get back to the group. The Sweep teams are there to tow you back on if you do drop off,

The Grind Finale
ABOUT THIS WORKOUT
This session aims to replicate the demands of a mountain bike ride / event.
Mountain biking generally involves far more variations in effort compared with road riding - so plenty of surges and time spent being over geared! We also spend a lot of time on and off the power, so short spells going hard to get over an obstacle, followed by a freewheel or very low power on a descent or little dip.
We touch upon all of these aspects in todays session, as we start off alternating every 30 seconds between riding hard at a low cadence, and riding easy - as if we are riding through an undulating single track. Then we make a ramp in effort, which finishes with a 30 second near max effort up a steep, rocky banking!
WORKOUT DESIGNER
Matt Rowe - Heavily involved in cycling for the past 25 years, Matt represented Great Britain at the Junior World Championships before graduating to the pro ranks. Matt draws on his extensive race experience to help amateur cyclists around the world achieve their personal goals.
ABOUT GROUP WORKOUTS
Zwifters line up in the starting area just like a normal event and once the event starts, workout mode begins. Everyone stays together regardless of power output. That's right, if you're outputting 100W and another Zwifter is outputting 400W you will stay in exactly the same position relative to each other. Only if you stop pedaling and fall 6 meters behind the group will the rubber-banding stop.
We highly recommend doing one of the FTP tests as the estimated FTP can be inaccurate and make the difficulty level of the workouts too high for your current fitness level. For more info on FTP go to: https://support.zwift.com/hc/en-us/articles/210208083-What-is-FTP-and-how-is-it-used-in-Zwift

We want you to have a happy spin on the bike!
We may be The Big Ring and known for powerful riders, but our tent is also big and we encourage riders comfortable at a social pace to meet our friendly crew and learn about the TBR Effect. ABOUT THIS WORKOUT
Uphill Battle starts off with 3 sets of 5 mins right below Threshold (95% FTP) featuring a 30 second ramp-up to finish (from 100% FTP to 150% FTP). After these, we will be moving onto 2 sets of 30/30s (30 seconds work, 30 seconds rest). The first set is done at 130% FTP for the work interval and 70% FTP for the "rest". The second set ups the ante a bit to 140% FTP for the work interval and 60% FTP for the "rest". Do you have what it takes to finish it? I know you can!

EVO CC Sprint Race Series
CATEGORY ENFORCEMENT IS ENABLED FOR ALL EVO RACES!
What is Category Enforcement?
Category Enforcement will prevent Zwifters from entering a category they are not eligible for. Our goal is to increase fairness in racing.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Zwift checks a racer's past performance using VO2 max and FTP to determine their race category.
- Racers can join a category at or above their category. For example, if you are "C" category, you can race in C, B, or A category. You will not be able to race in the D category and the option to join will be absent.
Welcome to EVO sprintrace series. Shorter more compact races for the rider looking for an effective high intensity race. Start fast, hang on in the middle, then sprint for the win at the finish. Expect to push your heart rate to its maximum. Sprinkle a few of these into your training plan and watch your fitness grow.
To make racing as fair as possible we have enforced a few minor rules that will result in automatic disqualification on ZwiftPower.
All riders must wear a heart rate monitor
Riding in an incorrect category.
zPower riders will be disqualified in A, B, and C Podium. zPower is allowed in the D category. Race details and final results will be available at www.zwiftpower.com

VO2 Max 40/20
ABOUT THIS WORKOUT
Today, we'll be aiming for around 16mins of VO2 Max time and incorporating a 40/20 interval approach which will challenge you for sure! Let's make it happen today! REMINDER: You can always adjust the FTP bias via the arrow keys on your keyboard, or the Zwift Companion app. Once you get over threshold, using a %FTP for workout prescription can get murky, so always adjust as needed

Anaerobic Capacity into VO2
Tomorrow at 1:20 AM
ABOUT THIS WORKOUT
Big session today! We open with 6 x 2min Anaerobic Capacity efforts, however the target power increases from hard to very hard! The workout concludes with a 6min VO2 effort featuring the same steady increase in target power.
WORKOUT DESIGNER
Kevin Poulton - With more than 20 years experience coaching athletes at the World Tour level, Kevin has spent the past two decades designing workouts and structured training plans to help cyclists achieve their goals. He’s coached countless athletes to wins in Grand Tour stages and one-day Classics, including Mat Hayman’s 2016 Paris-Roubaix victory.

Ham Sandwich
Tomorrow at 3:20 AM
ABOUT THIS WORKOUT
Ham Sandwich features sweet spot over/unders, with 30/30s sandwiched in between. The over/under intervals alternate between 2 min @88% FTP and 30 secs @110% FTP. The 30/30s up the ante a bit and alternate between 30 secs @130% FTP and 30 secs @50% FTP. Yes, there are rest breaks, but they are purposely short to keep the heart rate and metabolic demands up. Better eat your sandwich quick before the bread gets soggy...
